1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries

50g of frozen mango

1/4 cup of plant-based milk

1 sachet of DfsMix®

1 scoop of Bone Broth Power® caramel vanilla

Overnight oats:

1/2 cup of gluten-free oats (soaked overnight)

1/2 cup of plant-based milk

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of stevia (optional)


1) Combine all the overnight oat ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a jar and let it sit overnight.
2) Blend all the smoothie ingredients together. Remember to add the liquid slowly and only as much as needed.
3)To serve, start by adding the overnight oat mixture, then a layer of granola, and top it off with more oats and fruit.
