Returns Policy

We hope that you love our products, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We reserve the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.
Simply follow these easy steps:
- Tell us on this form which items you would like to return.
- A Care Agent will email you to answer your questions between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
*The customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. (1 bottle of each flavor is allowed)
*** All returns must be shipped back with the given pre-paid return shipping label and the respective fulfillment center.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Savvy. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
- Contest winnings
- Promotional & Discounted Items.
- All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Savvy Products (except for purchases from us.youaresavvy.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
- Savvy withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
