We reserve the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.

*The customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. (1 bottle of each flavor is allowed)
*** All returns must be shipped back with the given pre-paid return shipping label and the respective fulfillment center.
