how to use it
Our recommendation is to consume the full portion, which is 3 scoops, with 8 oz of water or your favorite plant-based milk and shake. However, you can determine the amount of protein to add to your preparations based on your daily protein requirements.
If you exercise:
Your daily protein requirement will be between 1.5 - 2g for every kilogram of your ideal weight.
If you don't exercise:
Your daily protein requirement will be 1 g for every kilo of your ideal weight.
Children under 2 years:
They should consume 2 g of effective protein for every kg of their ideal weight.
Children from 2 to 10 years:
They should consume between 1.5 and 1.8 g of effective protein for each kg of their ideal weight.
It contains 6 g of effective protein per scoop.
Remember that Veggie Power does NOT replace a meal; it is a supplement. It should be consumed alongside other foods and macronutrients to help you meet your daily protein requirements.
You can take it every day if you wish, even on days when you don't exercise. Remember that what matters most is that you meet your daily protein requirement, include all macronutrients in your diet, and listen to your body.
