INGREDIENTS
1) 2 1⁄2 avocados
2) 3 tablespoons of lemon zest
3) 1/2 cup of lemon juice
4) 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
5) 3 scoops/ sachets of Great Day coconut lemonade
6) Liquid Stevia
7) 2 cups of unsweetened coconut flakes
8) 2 cups of pecans
9) Pinch of salt
10) 1 cup of dates
11) 1/2 cup of coconut oil
PREPARATION
1) In a blender, combine avocados, lemon zest, lemon juice, coconut oil, 3 scoops of Great Day coconut lemonade, and liquid Stevia. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
2) For the base, use a food processor to combine unsweetened coconut flakes, dates, pecans, salt, and coconut oil. Blend until everything is well combined.
3) Press the base mixture firmly into a tart or pie mold.
4) Once the molds have the base layer, you can add the avocado filling.
