INGREDIENTS


1) 2 cups of gluten-free oat flour

2) 2 teaspoons of baking powder

3) 1/2 teaspoon of salt

4) 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

5) 1 cup of blueberries

6) 3/4 cup of coconut yogur

7) 100% natural Stevia to taste

8) 2 eggs (you can substitute with flax eggs)

9) 4 scoops of  Bone Broth Power® Caramel Vanilla

PREPARATION



1) Preheat the oven to 400F.
2) In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients except for the blueberries.
3) For the blueberries, heat them in a pan over medium heat for a few minutes with a teaspoon of cinnamon and salt.
4) Add the blueberries to the muffin mixture and stir until combined.
5) Bake for 20-25 minutes, let them cool, and enjoy with Nutti Macadamia cream.
