Our recommendation is to consume the full portion, which is 3 scoops, with 12 oz of hot water. However, you can determine the amount of protein to add to your preparations based on your daily protein requirements.
If you exercise:
Your daily protein requirement will be between 1.5 - 2g for every kilo of your ideal weight.
If you don't exercise:
Your daily protein requirement will be 1 g for every kilo of your ideal weight.
Children under 2 years:
They should consume 2 g of effective protein for every kg of their ideal weight.
Children from 2 to 10 years:
They should consume between 1.5 and 1.8 g of effective protein for each kg of their ideal weight.
